Booking Terms And Conditions
Online reservations can only be made for parties up to 12 guests. Larger parties will need to contact our front of house team to check availability. If you do not see your chosen time slot available, please call our front of house team for assistance. All bookings are allocated a 1.5 hour window, unless stated otherwise. There is no time restriction for bookings at 8pm or later. Please ensure you arrive on time for your booking to maximise your use of the table. Guests are invited to move into the bar area following their meal.
Bookings can be made for dining and cannot be reserved for drinks only. We do not take bookings for any outside areas. Our courtyard and garden remains open to the public and tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Well behaved dogs are welcome into our bar area and garden only.
To secure your booking we will pre-authorise your credit or debit card. Your card will not be charged
at the point of booking and will only be charged if you cancel or amend your booking within 24 hours of your arrival, inline with the terms stated in our cancellation policy.
Should you need to cancel or amend your booking please do so via the link in your confirmation email. To cancel or amend your booking, we require 24 hours notice for parties up to 12 guests. For parties of 13 or over we require 5 days notice. This includes a drop in guest numbers. Failure to cancel or amend your booking within the required time frame will result in a £10 charge per guest. This will be charged to the pre-authorised card provided at the time of booking.
